I love savoury tarts. They are so nice for lunches, light dinners and are perfect for a brunch.  What I love about a savoury tart, aside from how nice they are to eat, is how you can vary the fillings to suit your taste and what you have on hand. My local newspaper, the Dallas Morning News, posted a recipe just before Superbowl Sunday titled Bacon Explosion.  Since bacon is the candy of meat, I had to click the link and see what was what.  What I found was intriguing, and hard to resist.
