Baked Potato Salad

Last year I visited my family in Houston and while I was there I had my first taste of Baked Potato Dip. It is a concoction of sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon bits, green onions, and cheddar cheese which is served with salty potato chips. Overall the dip is pretty tasty and I have made something similar at home, with fresh cooked bacon in place of the bits, and everyone who has tasted it enjoyed it. Now, let’s fast forward to...

I know a lot of people are looking for clever ways to stretch a dollar while eating well. It is a topic near to my heart. Just because I am saving money, however, does not mean I want to stop entertaining or enjoying foods I love. It just means I have to find clever ways to make the most of what I have.
