Christmas Cookie Round-up – Part 2

Last year I gave you all a round-up of cookies perfect for the holiday season … and I plan to do the same again this year!  I mean, what is better than contemplating cookies to help you get over your turkey hang-over?

Next week I will be posting my entry for Challenge 8 of Project Food Blog – and trust me, you do not want to miss that – as well as a few more ideas for using up any left-over turkey.  I have all sorts of delicious shenanigans planned for the holidays, but for now I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving filled with family, friends, and food!

So many cookies so little time. Now that I’ve discovered coconut flour, I’m dying to try your toasted coconut and chocolate chip blondies.
